ご注文日から14日目以降の配送日時の指定が可能です。ご指定頂ける時間は下記のとおりです。
※離島・沖縄など、一部の地域において時間指定サービスを設定しても、指定日のご希望に添えない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※祝日を挟む場合は指定可能日の変動がございます。カート内指定可能日が最短となります。

尚、配送日時指定は、出荷時点の配送委託先のサービス内容に準拠します。
そのため、ご注文時のご希望日時指定に添えない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※配送日時指定は日本国内向けのみのサービスです。

小物・道具類：全国一律 2,040円（税込）でお届けいたします。（沖縄・離島を含む日本国内）

大型商品（文机・厨子・仏壇 など）：ご購入手続き時に表示される送料を適用いたします。サイズ・配送地域により別途お見積もりとなる場合がございますので、ご不明な点は「お問い合わせ」よりご連絡ください。

下記の国・地域への海外配送を承っております。配送は日本郵便の国際スピード郵便（EMS）を利用し、送料は重量に応じてご購入手続き時に自動計算されます。

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping method & rates
All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight:

• Taiwan / South Korea: JPY 3,400 (up to 2 kg) / JPY 6,400 (up to 5 kg) / JPY 10,600 (up to 10 kg) / JPY 18,600 (up to 20 kg) / JPY 26,600 (up to 30 kg)
• Hong Kong / Singapore / Malaysia / Thailand / Indonesia: JPY 4,550 (up to 2 kg) / JPY 8,150 (up to 5 kg) / JPY 13,350 (up to 10 kg) / JPY 23,350 (up to 20 kg) / JPY 33,350 (up to 30 kg)
• EU countries / UK / Switzerland / Norway / Canada: JPY 6,700 (up to 2 kg) / JPY 13,000 (up to 5 kg) / JPY 23,500 (up to 10 kg) / JPY 44,500 (up to 20 kg) / JPY 65,500 (up to 30 kg)
• United States: JPY 7,900 (up to 2 kg) / JPY 15,100 (up to 5 kg) / JPY 27,100 (up to 10 kg) / JPY 51,100 (up to 20 kg) / JPY 75,100 (up to 30 kg)

Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders are shipped on a DDU/DAP basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Production & delivery time
Each piece is made to order by our craftsmen. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch, plus international transit time. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
